Photography
Other than music I would have to say that my next greatest passion is photography. Trying to get a picture that tells a story and is natural looking is very difficult. There are so many factors that go into a good photograph but light is the most critical element. Getting the right mix of light and dark to create the right intensity is something that only comes with a great deal of experience. I have also done album covers, models comps, as well as work for advertising and websites.
Travel
I have been fortunate enough to have visited every continent on the planet. I guess I would have to say that Scandinavia and the beach are my two favorite places to go. I love the architecture and the people of Northern Europe. There are several beach resorts that I enjoy - Orient Bay on St. Martin, The Kona coast in Hawaii but probably the most exotic and beautiful tropical paradise I have visited is the Seychelles in the middle of the Indian Ocean – dead center of the Indian Ocean it is 700 mostly unpopulated islands surrounded by fine white sand.
Cats
I showed cats for a number of years and ended up with several champions at one point my brood numbered eight. They have been a staple in my life for the last thirty years and a true example of unconditional love. They make me laugh and I love their personalities - they always have new and inventive ways to amuse themselves and me.
